Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP), Ludwigkirchplatz 3–4, 10719
This event will bring together researchers, experts, and stakeholders to discuss the findings of the CORE Research Institute project entitled “Understanding Youth in Turkey: Democracy and Political Values”. Conducted in 2025 with financial support from the CATS Network, the project is based on nearly 2,400 interviews with young people aged 18–30, nine focus groups, and 30 in-depth interviews. The research examines how young people in Turkey relate to politics and democracy, how they view geopolitics, the EU and 'the West', and their perceptions of inclusivity and pluralism.
